Our Story

Once upon a time there was a normal way to practice architecture but having worked in an office for thirteen years, it was time to realise that isn't always the right way to operate. Starting a family for women in Architecture often means the end of the career, but for this little company it was just the beginning.

Peapod Design Ltd are a small Architectural Practice based in Bristol, who aim to provide high-quality design services whilst maintaining a vital life / work balance around our children. In essence, we are staying small so we can watch our children grow.

We believe that architecture should be developed through need & requirement, keeping the client firmly at the centre of the design process for any scale of development. We work hard to ensure that our designs improve people's lives, without costing the earth.

Established in 2020, we have survived our first pandemic & are looking forward to seeing our first projects start on site at the end of the year.
